DESCRIPTION
Broil King Red Cedar Smoker Woods are perfect for adding a deep smoky flavor to your salmon. To use, soak them in water, juice, beer or wine for at least 1 hour. Preheat your grill to medium for 10 minutes, brush a little olive oil on the top side of the wood, then place the salmon directly on top. The wood allows the fish to absorb, through the steam, its natural delicious flavors.
