DESCRIPTION
Broil King's Maple Smoker Woods are perfect for adding a deep smoky flavor to your grilled meats. To use, soak them in water, juice, beer or wine for at least 1 hour. Preheat your BBQ to medium heat for 10 minutes, brush some olive oil on the top side of the wood, then place the meat directly on top. The wood allows the meat to absorb, through the steam, its natural delicious flavors.
