The charcoal is pulverized, mixed with sawdust and infused in whiskey for weeks to lock in the unique flavor.

For use with any type of grill: Start your grill and heat it to the desired cooking temperature.
(Note: Not all grills are preheated the same way, it is important to get the pellets hot enough to smoke)
Add Jack Daniel's Smoking pellets to a smoking container or a durable aluminum container.
Place the container on the grill over the strongest burner or over the coals until the pellets start to smoke.
Once it begins to smoke, place the meat on the grill and close the grill lid. Smoking will take about 30 minutes.
