A Cajun style herb and spice mix with chilli and paprika. The rub gives you a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. Perfectly balanced with garlic and dried herbs like oregano and thyme. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
USE
Sprinkle generously over chicken, seafood, vegetables or potato wedges before putting it on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a wet marinade with olive oil and a little lemon juice.
