DESCRIPTION
A medium spicy rub, flavoured with allspice, chilli and thyme. The brown sugar gives the rub a little sweetness to balance the chilli and ensures a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
USE
Sprinkle generously over pork, chicken or other kinds of poultry before putting it on the grill or barbecue. The rub is also perfect on fresh corn on the cob or to spice up your coleslaw.
