DESCRIPTION
Chimichuri Seasoning from the well-known spice company Pepper House is a mixture for the well-known sauce from Argentina. It is the perfect marinade for fish and fillets.
Put 2 tablespoons of Chimichuri with 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl and leave it for two hours to release its aroma. (Preferably, not in the fridge). Then spread it on the baked meat or cut and dip the cut meat into the bowl. The remaining mixture is kept in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: Onion, pepper, parsley, salt, garlic, oregano, cane sugar and paprika.
