A traditional mix of South American flavours, like garlic, chilli and red pepper. The green herbs make this rub fresh and light with powerful accents and still gives a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
USE
Sprinkle generously over beef, fish or seafood before putting it on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a traditional Chimichurri sauce by adding some olive oil and lemon juice or red wine vinegar. Delicious to drizzle over a perfectly grilled steak.
STORAGE ADVISE
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
