The traditional cheese factory in Milos "Charalampakis" is located in Pachaina of Milos and has been operating continuously since the beginning of the 20th century. In 2014 it was expanded, modernized and certified according to the international safety standards ISO22000 and HACCP, so that it can channel its products not only in Milos, but also in the entire Greek market.

The Charalampaki family has its own kids, carefully selected and well-raised. Free range, they feed on salted grass from the sea and are used exclusively for the needs of the dairy. Their milk is collected every morning and gives cheese products of excellent quality and special taste. The main feature are the natural caves of the cheese factory, in which the cheeses mature and get their special taste and aroma.

From 100% Greek local goat milk and with complete verticalization of production, the cheese factory "Charalampakis" in Milos, combines modern technology with traditional cheese recipes and supplies the market with all the traditional cheeses of Milos, such as manoura, skotiri, xinomyzithra, goat, hemichloro, hemichloro of oil and of course, the fine Maleiko cheese.
