Cast Stainless Steel Cooking Grids Broil King proudly introduces professional-grade, double-sided cast stainless steel cooking grids. These grids are exclusive to the Imperial and Regal series. They are easy to clean, maintain, and offer long-lasting durability. Like cast iron grids, they feature two sides: one side creates perfect sear marks, while the other features grooves to capture juices and fats, basting the food and reducing flare-ups.

Imperial Side Burner The 2.7 kW side burner is integrated into the left side shelf, allowing you to do even more with your grill. Create delicious side dishes, soups, sauces, or even cook eggs and bacon while grilling. It is the perfect alternative for preparing your entire meal outdoors.

Dual-Tube™ Burners Made from high-quality stainless steel, Broil King’s patented Dual-Tube™ burners feature a large diameter and provide two rows of flame for maximum and uniform heat distribution within the cooking chamber.

Rotisserie Kit & Rear Burner The 4.4 kW stainless steel (SS) rear burner is ideal for perfect, slow-roasting of chicken, turkey, and more. The direct flame spans the entire cooking surface, allowing you to roast 2-3 chickens simultaneously. Indirect heat prevents drippings from burning, significantly reducing flare-ups. The kit includes the spit rod, electric motor, counterweight, and forks (max capacity: 6kg).
