Broil King grills reach very high temperatures, ideal for baking Neapolitan-style pizza, and the Imperial™ and Regal™ pizza stone helps you fully take advantage of these temperatures. It is designed to fit almost three grill grate slots. Simply remove the grates and place the pizza stone so that the dough placed on it remains stable during cooking.
The optimal thickness of the stone ensures excellent heat retention, allowing you to bake a large pizza in just a few minutes. The surface of the stone does not cool down when it comes into contact with raw dough, ensuring that the pizza crust always comes out perfectly baked, golden, and exceptionally crispy.
