A versatile blend of garden herbs and garlic that takes you on a trip to the Mediterranean. The rub is made with rosemary, sage, parsley, bayleaves and dried olives to get that authentic Mediterranean flavour. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
USE
Sprinkle generously over all kinds of seafood or chicken before putting in on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a wet marinade with olive oil and a little lemon juice.
STORAGE ADVISE
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
