LA CHOUFFE

Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts are the founders of Brasserie D'Achouffe, a famous Belgian beer born in the late 70's, made in La Chouffe. This beer started in August 1982 and was a success for the company. La Chouffe beer is currently distributed in more than 40 countries.

Chouffe is a Belgian unfiltered beer with high fermentation and second fermentation in the bottle made from water, yeast, pale barley malt, Saaz hops and Styrian Golding and coriander. The second fermentation is performed by adding yeast and sugar before bottling.
