A peri peri-style herb and spice mix with chilli and garlic. This rub is full of robust flavours to create an authentic Portugese roast chicken but goes evenly well with fresh sea food. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
USE
Sprinkle generously over chicken or shellfish before putting it on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a wet marinade with olive oil and a little lemon juice.
STORAGE ADVISE
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
