DESCRIPTION
Cozze® stainless steel pizza paddle. This pizza paddle is an essential tool for proper pizza baking. It is equipped with holes that allow the excess flour to fall out before the pizza goes into the oven. This way the flour doesn't burn, creating less smoke and making cleanup easier. The soft handle ensures maximum comfort during use and is equipped with a leather strap so it can be hung.
