DESCRIPTION
For natural wood smoke flavor, use in charcoal grills or as fuel in smokers.
Useful Instructions
- Place the smoking sticks in an aluminum container filled with water and soak them for about 2 hours.
- You will need about 3-4 pieces of wood.
- Prepare your grill, on medium heat.
- Drain well and add to the coals or smoking pot.
- When the wood begins to smoke, transfer the meat to the grill.
