It is made entirely of high-quality Cast Iron that spreads heat evenly across all its surfaces, allowing your food to cook slowly for a long time. It can be used on all stoves (electric, induction, ceramic, gas and natural gas), in an oven, on bbq grills, but also for grilling outdoors or in the fireplace.
