"Atlas" cast iron cookware is made of cast iron and has stainless steel handles. They are intended for use in professional kitchens (restaurants or hotels) but also in domestic kitchens of all types, while at the same time they are also suitable for use directly in the oven. Its special cellular surface gives it long-term durability in daily use and high abrasion resistance. The additional coating ensures anti-corrosion protection of the surface and at the same time enhances the non-stick property of the utensil.

Instructions for use
-Before first use, wash the utensil with warm water, mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.
-Grease the inside of the container with oil or butter before each use.
-Do not overheat the container when it is empty. Cast iron utensils reach high temperatures in a short time, it is recommended to lower the intensity of the stove to avoid overheating.
-Low or medium temperature is enough to achieve the best cooking results.
-Do not let the fat or oil get so hot that it smokes, burns or turns black.
-Use any utensil you prefer, even metal, however using kitchen utensils made of wood, plastic or silicone will help keep your cast iron cookware and non-stick coating looking like new for many years.
-Do not pour cold water or other cold liquids into a hot cast iron pot to avoid possible cracks that may be caused by the sudden temperature change.
- Do not soak the utensil in water. For a longer life, prefer to let the utensil cool down and then wash with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid. Wipe it thoroughly and store it in a dry place. To preserve the life of the pan and the non-stick surface, hand washing is recommended.
-Do not use wire or harsh cleaners.
-The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials in contact with food.
-Caution is required regarding the use of acidic or alkaline ingredients in cast iron cookware. Oil the cookware well before cooking acidic foods and do not leave acidic foods in the cookware for a long time. Avoid extinguishing food with wine.
