Shell interests in Greece

In July 2010 Shell completed the sale of its downstream businesses in Greece to Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries A.E. a key market player in the region. This agreement included the Shell retail marketing business and associated forecourts, which will continue to carry the Shell brand under a Trademark Licensing Agreement, the commercial fuels, bitumen, supply and distribution, LPG businesses as well as the Perama lubricants oil blending plant (LOBP) and the Greek chemicals business.
