SCHEYERN KLOSTER

The monks of the Scheyern Abbey monastery have been brewing beer since 1119, ranking the brewery as the 3rd oldest in Germany and one of the oldest in the world. It is produced according to the law of purity of beer of 1516 (Reinheitsgebot), but now by the brewery Tucher Bräu in Nuremberg.
