AEGEAN HERBS

AEGEAN HERBS is a small unit for the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants on the island of Amorgos and other Aegean islands, in collaboration with other small producers.

 All plants of AEGEAN HERBS grow in conditions of natural cultivation with the least possible intervention and with emphasis on the endemicity of the species.

It grows biodynamically, based on the lunar calendar, native plants, in selected areas of the island. Harvesting is done only by hand without lawn mowers. Drying is done in a dark place, with natural ventilation, without oven and mechanical means.

Its products include wild oregano, sage, thyme, fennel, malotra, honeysuckle, marjoram, dittany, herbal mixtures for teas, flavored natural sea salt.
