DESCRIPTION
Weber's special poultry roasting pan features a unique 2-in-1 design that allows you to roast vegetables as well as poultry at the same time or separately.
The stainless steel cylinder can be easily removed to switch between the two functions, or used together for a simple full meal. It also supports poultry roasting with beer, juice or any combination of oil and spices of your choice. Just place the liquid (eg beer) in the container in the center as it evaporates, infusing the poultry with your favorite flavor. Washable in the dishwasher. Specially designed for use with the Gourmet BBQ System ™ (GBS system).
