It monitors and records the temperature of roasters throughout grilling and alerts you to your "smart" cellphone, whether to turn your food or when is ready to be served. All you have to do is download the free Weber® application, plug in the Connect Smart Grilling Hub and enjoy your grilling. You specify the type of roast and how you like it (eg medium - rare), the thermometer calculates the estimated time and starts the countdown. So simple.!
