The Tosaichi Shadow series is made of Aogami Super steel with a high hardness of HRC 63. The stainless steel coating with SUS – 405 stainless steel requires less care than ordinary carbon steel knives while maintaining all the advantages of carbon steel. It features a beautiful mixed Kurouchi / forged design and an octagonal rosewood handle.
The 210mm Kiritsuke will become a favorite in any kitchen, home or business. Its size makes it practical to use and can be used by both beginners and advanced cooks. Made from Aogami Super steel, it ensures a razor sharp edge as well as long edge retention. It has a classic traditional Kurouchi / forged finish and is equipped with a beautiful walnut grip suitable for all hand sizes.
